  Absolutely disgraceful service. Would not recommend unless you want to be taken advantage of. Plumbers are not capable of fixing even the simplest problems. Complete rip offs. Paid $800 to unblock the outside toilet and the very next day, less then 24 hrs later both the back toilet and front toilets are completely blocked up. I rang to ask why this is. The owner/boss blamed me and told me its not his problem and hung up the phone. He was extremely rude and was even yelling at me. I would seriously consider wether you need your plumbing actually fixed before hiring or calling out this poor excuse of a plumbing service.

  The owner Dave is very rude&swears on the phone to u.
  They do not keep appointments &ring u and cancel.
  They are not professional &,really should not be in the business.
  He is one Rude smooth talking guy don't get caught up with them.

  An extremely rude person, with a very bad attitude, he speaks over me and not letting me explain the problem thoroughly, gave a very high quote for a small job and when I asked him whether this will solve the problem he said he is not sure !!! but he can start by doing this and then he will see if it solves the problem .... and when I asked him if he can troubleshoot the issue first so he can be sure of the solution, he said this is not how it works!! ... at this point I decided not to go with his uncertain quote and to pay his calling fees and let him go, I didn't trust that his work is going to be good, and then I come online to see all customer giving this plumber bad reviews and that is good that I didn't go with his work ... such a rude and non-professional plumber and doesn't worth the 1 start and not worth the calling fees he charged even!!

  This is a plumber you must stay clear of,i bought a inlet value for my toilet,i call him out to put it in,it cost me $198 for half hour work to put in,what a rip off,when they left i find i have a leak going in the bowl,and they said it was there before,and refuse to fix it unless i pay another $198,that was load of rubbish,plus they left there rubbish there,and we got no discount because we are senoirs

  If you have 300 per hour for this plumber them go right ahead. 1 hour job quoted $460 to move two pipes. Then i had the priveledge of paying 60 bucks for the priveledge.
